The project implemented the LEED tool using LEED Core & Shell (LEED CS) which commonly used for projects speculative tenants, where the common areas follows LEED strategies, and tenant spaces following the requirements of the LEED later.
The Integrated complex boasts 8 level of carpark with 3 levels of shopping areas. At its lowest level, ERL platform and bus bays are located integrating the building as a start/stop node for the transport system serving Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas.
The complex aims at reducing energy use with the possibility of having solar panel to further score on green initiative.
